CPR 305/11/EU Certification Model Classification of Building Products
System 1 + Product certification comprising the issuing of a certificate of constancy of performance
with determination of the product-type, continuous surveillance and audit testing by a notified
productcertification body；
System 1 Product certification comprising the issuing of a constancy of performance withdetermination
of the product-type and continuous surveillance by a notified product certification body；
System 2+ Factory production control certification with continuous surveillance by a notified factory
production control certification body；
System 3 Determination of product type by a notified testing laboratory；
System 4 Manufacturer's tasks only；
Certification Process
Additional Information for the Approval of Methods and Personnel Performing Permanent Joints:
Determine if the product is a "building product" and is within the scope of CPR
Determine whether the product is listed in a European Union Harmonized Standard (hEN) or is available through the European Assessment Document (EAD)/European Technical Assessment (ETA) path
Conduct product performance evaluation and testing according to applicable standards/documents (including initial type test, classification, participation of notified authorities if necessary)
Establish and maintain Factory Production Control (FPC) system + "performance continuity" monitoring system (AVCP system) in the production process
Declaration of Performance, DoP
Attach CE Mark to Product/or Packaging/Accessory Documents
Relevant instructions, safety information, logo translation, archives preservation, market monitoring cooperation and other follow-up obligations
